  1. Definitions
    • 1.1.“VerifiEdge” means the card verification and payment authentication service owned and operated by Stableone Software Private Limited.
    • 1.2.“Client” or “You” refers to any entity or individual who accesses or uses the Service.
    • 1.3. “Service” means all services, technologies, and solutions offered by VerifiEdge, including identity verification, AML/KYC services, electronic signing, and related tools.
    • 1.4.“User” means any third party whose information is processed via the Service on behalf of the Client.
    • 1.5.This site and service are operated by VerifiEdge (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).

  2. Eligibility
    • 2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Service.
    • 2.2 If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

    • 3.1 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and by applicable laws and regulations.

    • 5.1 VerifiEdge processes personal data by applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
    • 5.2 You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents and have a lawful basis to process any personal data submitted through the Service.
    • 5.3 We do not assume responsibility for your compliance with laws applicable to your data collection and usage practices.
  6. Intellectual Property
    • 6.1 All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service and all associated intellectual property belong exclusively to VerifiEdge.
    • 6.2 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without prior written consent.
  7. Fees and Payment
    • 7.1 Fees for the Service will be specified in your agreement or invoice.
    • 7.2 All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
    • 7.3 VerifiEdge reserves the right to suspend access to the Service for non-payment.
  8. Service Modifications and Availability
    • 8.1 We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at our sole discretion.
    • 8.2 We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times and are not liable for any downtime or disruptions.
  9. Termination
    • VerifiEdge may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:
      1. You breach these Terms;
      2. You fail to pay applicable fees;
      3. Your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform.
      4. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease.
  10. Disclaimers
    • 10.1 The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
    • 10.2 VerifiEdge does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
  11. Limitation of Liability
    • 11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifiEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
    • 11.2 Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to VerifiEdge in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  12. Indemnification
    • 12.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VerifiEdge, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
      1. Your use of the Service;
      2. Your violation of these Terms;
      3. Your violation of any third-party rights, including data protection and intellectual property rights.
  13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    • 13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
    • 13.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
  14. Changes to Terms
    • 14.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
    • 14.2 Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
